The following information is provided in one packet to each individual rental property (apt. or house) when keys are distributed. Residents are responsible for knowing this information.

RENT PAYMENT REMINDER

  • Rent payment is due on the first (1st) day of each month
  • Any payments made after the first (1st) day of the month are late - No Exceptions
  • Late fees are assessed to each person that has not paid on time - No Exceptions
  • There is a payment drop slot in the front door of the building for your use
  • Rent is due even if the 1st is on a weekend, holiday or school break
